How at least 50% of all vehicles run the stop signs at 5th ans Walnut in Roanoke, Virginia. This includes city vehicles, and a Honeytree Learning bus that is entrusted with children. The police still do not issue tickets, even when they see the violations. This is at a school, and busy park intersection.
