The elected ruling class of America and Europe must know the optimum tax rate to achieve a strong nation with an expanding economy is 18.3%. This has been known since antiquity, documented in Genesis 47:26 "...and Pharoah shall have one in five," "the King's Fifth" of medieval Europe and the Laffer Curve, but they crush us with taxes as shrinking the economy makes them relatively more powerful.
