james, back to you. all right, sarah, thank you very much. >> 5, 0, 3 is the time and also happening in the south bay, the san jose city council is going to be voting on the mayor's again. new gun reform ordinance. this is what we've been talking about here with u.s. air a story and will be getting more details about that coming up. but let's go to the east bay where something similar is happening because antioch city council is expected to formalize an ordinance to put more restrictions on guns inside homes, owners, according to this ordinance, would have to store their guns in a locked container or disable them all together with a safety device. california already has a law making it illegal to store a loaded gun inside of the home. but this new ordinance would specifically require that guns be locked or disabled. the ordinance could be approved by the city council when it meets tonight. so we'll keep an eye on that. let you know what comes from that. in the meantime, some breaking news this morning. p
