joining me is tony busby, lieutenant colonel scheller's attorney. the military judge is considering all this overnight. what are you expecting from him in the way of punishment? >> based on what was presented today we are looking at a letter of reprimand, separation from the marines and likely general discharge but we are hoping for an honorable discharge. like you said lieutenant colonel scheller took accountability, being punished for speaking the truth. we wrangled and wrangled about whether we could fight these charges but the lieutenant colonel made the decision that he would be accountable for his actions and we are wondering when the general officers will be accountable for the decisions they made in august of this year. laura: your client was questioned by the judge over something completely unrelated to this case. >> the judge asked the tenant kernel scheller about statement he made in the past that may have been in several cases praising or at least complementary to the protesters on january 6th at the capitol. he said they were taken out
