and breaking news in to kron 4 supreme court justice brett kavanaugh has tested positive for covid. he doesn't have any symptoms. so he's not feeling bad, but he did test positive late last night, even though he's been fully vaccinated since january. and they've already tested his wife and daughters. they were fully vaccinated. they have tested negative so far. what's going happen on monday because the court's new term begins on monday with the justices returning to the courtroom and they're supposed to hear arguments. but i guess covid protocol. you know, how goes if you test positive for covid. usually that means a quarantine. so we're going to have to assume that he's going to quarantine everybody else is going to meet. we'll see what happens and we'll update you 9.
