stephanie gosk has been covering this for years. is anybody getting punished for this? >> not punishment per se. two agents were mentioned in the inspector general report. you had wj abbott, special agent in charge. he is named. then a supervisoring special agent who was not named. the inspector general referred their name to department of justice but the doj declined to prosecute. abbott retired in 2018 and the fbi saying anyone involved in this in the indianapolis field office has been removed from their position. at the heart of this is the fact that you had an allegation of child sexual abuse brought to a field office for the fbi and they took limited action according to the inspector general, sat on it. had names of gymnasts alleging they were abused by larry nassar, including the olympic star, aly raisman. according to the inspector general, all they did is make a phone call to talk to one of the jim -- jim nass. they may have had jurisdictional issues. they should have notified state and local officials. that wasn't done. he remained in his job. >> any explanatio
