joe biden and kamala harris will be on stage with cory booker. how will his presence change the game or change the evening. >> here's the conundrum, how do you run a campaign of love and go on stage and make contrast with other candidates. that's what he has been trying to do. he does not see eye to eye on criminal justice reform. booker was very critical on the campaign trail. he said that he would be continuing to be critical on the debate stage. and this is the challenge for cory booker. he doesn't want to come off as someone who is throwing punches. he is not an attack politician. that is not a natural position for him. but they want to make this contrast. they feel they want to have this conversation about health care and ground their differences in that policy. so, too, does cory booker's campaign want to ground their differences with the vice president on the question of criminal justice reform. and i think just having them side by side here will be the challenge. booker has been someone who has been critical from a distance of joe biden.
