the fbi searching the home of a democratic congressman, henry cuellar. let's bring in cnn's evan perez. what's happening here? >> reporter: well, kasie, the fbi acknowledged they were doing a search of what we know now is the home of representative henry cuellar. the reporters down in the rio grand valley down in texas saw fbi agents searching a building that houses the campaign office of the representatives. the fbi acknowledged they were doing court-authorized searches at that location. that's what the fbi uses to say essentially it was a search warrant that was being done there. we don't know the details of this investigation. we do know that prosecutors with the public integrity section of the justice department are involved in this investigation. at this point, cuellar is not saying much. he said he is fully cooperating with this investigation. i'll tell you, the agents were seen there at his homecoming out with bags and bins of what appears to be evidence, including a computer. again, we don't know exactly what the details of this investigation are

fbi joined the investigation. even though there was a witness, nearly a year later no arrest has been made. attack on the clinic was january of last year. and now there's this. on friday, three days ago, that same planned parenthood clinic in knoxville, tennessee, burned down. fire reported around 6:30 in the morning friday. nine units responded to the scene. fire department says it's a quote, total loss. as of right now, no indication what caused the fire. assistant chief of the fire department tells "the daily beast," quote, investigators will have to sort through the ruins by hand. atf is assisting and fbi has been in touch with local officials, it's ongoing. fire could be accidental, otherwise not newsworthy, but given the previous targeting of that planned parenthood clinic in knoxville, there's a reason to keep an eye on the story. watch this space.
