we have hargraves and peter walker and s.w.a. in there. then finally, i'm calling this 1995 to present. i actually wrote this particular slide about six years ago so i haven't analyzed whether there's a new present in the last six years. but i'll go with this for now. and that is more district planning. so we're getting back to looking at a whole series of buildings or a whole neighborhood instead of individual buildings. and what i didn't mention is, after the 1906 earthquake, the university -- first of all, leland and olmsted had a falling-out. so by 1890 he was no longer -- he was kind of fired and no longer working on the campus, olmsted. however after the 1906 earthquake, they went back to the olmsted firm to ask their advice of what they should do in terms of rebuilding. and their advice was to go back to the plan, go back to compact development, stop spreading buildings out compact development, stop spreading buildings out randomly, and i'm not sure that advice was followed because jane was putting some of her pet buildings in vario
