berkeley's health department said 44 people on the team have covid. justin andrews looking in to what caused this outbreak to happen. he joins us live fe campus. good morning. >> good morning. the berkeley health department confirming to us that the team fumbled and following proper covid safety protocols. they said the team didn't test and didn't stay home when they were sick. the health department confirming the team didn't mask up while they were inside. the athletic director said those who didn't take the trip to arizona for last saturday's game tested positive for covid. we are talking 24 players were missing including starting quarterback chase garber. even more players test the positive for covid with cal and also usc this weekend. 99% of the team though is vaccinated. the team is frustrated all of this. the frustration stems to center around some confusion between the city of berkeley and the university health services testing policy of testing vaccinated players. the athletic director confirms no test means no play. >> you aren't following be
