these are still things that happen in black and brown communities that we haven't had the opportunity to really just have a conversation. how do we repair that relationship when it continuously gets injured over and over again? but with this vaccine, one of the things we need to do is really make sure we have leaders in the community who are trusted to be able to talk through this with those persons who have concerns. whether that's a physician, a pastor, a football coach, whoever has gained that trust is who needs to be the messenger in this moment. >> and part of what you and i have talked about before, but i think it bears repeating, so often we talk about people in underserved communities, they may not have a primary care provider. if your primary care provider is the best messenger on this, but you do not have access to that person, who then does it fall to? who becomes the most trusted messenger in that case? >> right. in that case, it's one of those things too, when we talk about the most vulnerable populations, we know that millions of americans, unfortunately, have now been l
