they just upheld your law there in arizona. how far will your case go, do you think, as precedent as other states raise this issue? >> well, i'm very proud of the fact that i personally order that case brnovich vs. the dnc. the department of justice the left is trying to take on undermine election measures. the state court said ensure the integrity of their elections and confidence in their results. the left is cherry picking states. they don't go amp states connect cut, new york, all that's northeast states that actually have more restrictive laws arizona does. so, really, todd, they are being so hypocritical and i want electric actually inconsistent. if the democrats want to do something about voter and franchising more voters go after democratic strongholds with more restrictive rules and less early voting than states like arizona? jillian: well, to the point that you just made, go ahead and take a listen to what democratic panelists have to say about this. >> now you are forcing minorities to decide whether or not they are

dead and you have the supreme court which just in its final week of its session upheld two laws in arizona about voting restrictions, how -- let me put it this way. does the biden white house have a plan as to how they're going to deal with this pullback on voting in the country? >> well, i think what you're going to start to see over the next couple weeks is a pivot from democrats in the white house to move away from the he focus on this big, sprawling piece of voting legislation that you're right is pretty much dead in the water on the hill right now and focus more on restoration of pieces of the voting rights act. that is difficult even though it is more narrow than the bigger piece of legislation and one of the things that democrats are keeping in mind as they try to push through that legislation is this is almost certainly going to end up back in the supreme court so they're trying to craft this legislation in a way that could address some of the concerns we've seen from some of the more conservative justices including in the arizona case that we got the ruling on a few weeks ago. thi
