with eastbound traffic utilizing the south bound interchange and the other for the north side of the bridge. traffic from treasure island to the east bay will have to connect over the top of the island to access the eastbound on ramp. also this year you could see a year ago the east side of the causeway was excavated down to the bottom level and has now been constructed back up. so now both sides of the causeway have been reconstructed and the developer will be repaving the west side of the causeway, the outbound lanes this year so the causeway will be in a spiral configuration this summer. also this year another significant change on the island, the traffic has been moving on to the island for the palms detour for many months or for more than -- almost three years now. and the -- as we move forward, this spring and summer, the developer will be constructing opening both california avenue c to traffic and construct a temporary connection through to 9th street so people coming to and from treasure island will take california and avenue c to access the rest of the island. that will all

so a hazy conditions under high pressure, moderate amounts of buildinr up in the north bay, the east bay in the south. i think you're looking good along the coastline. here's the long-range forecast for you. and you can here's california. you can see down the south. we've got a lot of clouds there. that's a cutoff low that's spinning around there. that's not going to generate much in the way of rain for us at all. southern california, a few scattered showers, but that's about it to the north. you can see that's the main stream. that's the main jet stream that's rolling all the way up into canada now. so high pressure just kind of sits around, hangs around rebuilding in on saturday after weak system rolls by. it starts to weaken a little bit again. you can see that into tuesday. you can watch a ridge kind of start to collapse. you see the rain line pushes a little bit further to the south. then guess what? that system moves by. and then all of a sudden we've got high pressure building back in and then just or or makes that a line of storms roll for the north again. and that is all the

take a look at three examples for the north bay valleys, it went down to 28 today. that is the number i am taking from the sonoma county airport. tomorrow, we pretty much do the same thing. march improvement. monday and tuesday gets a lot better. we will take a look at those valleys for the inland east bay. doing it again tomorrow and you see the improvement for monday and tuesday. dramatic changes because we are going to get back into the storm track. not that there is a lot of rain coming, but we are going to get more clouds. that will also bring more editing in general. it will be more of an insulator for your overnight lows. the clouds start to be more noticeable so you get another really pretty blue sky in the low 50s. clouds increase sunday late and then monday it rains, we can watch that with the showers just kind of intermittent monday going to the heart of the afternoon into the evening. plan on a chance of light rain. there is a chance at any point on monday where we are not going to get a lot. it probably sticks around into tuesday morning at this point a
