we expect a vote in the house this week. nancy pelosi speaking right now before the white house. she is expected to bring that larger bill to the floor this week assuming the congressional budget office comes back with an estimate that shows this bill is essentially fully paid for, which is what the moderates like sinema and manchin have called for and the house moderates have called for. expect that bill if it comes this week to pass narrowly, if the numbers come back, and then the focus will be on those moderates like sinema and manchin. sinema is expected according to her democratic colleagues to vote for the package. where will someone like joe manchin come down. he did not answer when i asked if this should be delayed until next year, only saying they should continue to discuss this amid his concerns about inflation, so while they're getting this big victory here, still big questions about the timing, the substance, and ultimately how that larger bill will come out. more negotiations to come, and joe biden's party fall in line, that's the big question going forward. >> we he

we're talking about jake sullivan, the national security adviser at the white house to president biden. he's not mentioned by name in one of durham's indictments but according to several of our sources, he's the foreign policy adviser mentioned in one of the indictments specifically the indictment of clinton campaign attorney michael sussmann. he was charged in september or two months ago in september. he's the former clinton campaign attorney charged with lying to the fbi about alleged connections between donald trump and the kremlin. his information did not pan out. the indictment alleged an unnamed campaign lawyer that was in contact with a clinton foreign policy adviser. the adviser was jake sullivan, the president's national security adviser. according to the indictment, the two were in touch in september 2016. there's no indication that sullivan is a target of the durham probe. however we're told that he did receive some information from that unnamed campaign lawyer. tomorrow igor denchenko will be in cord. his diamond mentioned pr executive one. we know that is a clinton confida

trump white house records. u.s. judge tanya chuck is denying trump's request to block access to those documents. judge decided an earlier court ruling on subpoenas writing that the president is not king and added, the plaintiff's not president. national archives, as you know, is set to turn over the first batch of trump's records to this house select committee investigating the insurrection, riding at the capitol. they are expected to do that by this friday. they are almost by definition, all things that trump doesn't want the committee to see. trump has filed an appeal tonight to the d.c. circuit court, that didn't take long. this case is likely to end up at the supreme court. today, the house committee issued even more subpoenas to trump allies. this latest round of requests for documents and testimonies comes just a day after they targeted six other trump allies. today subpoenas went up to ten former trump administration officials including some of the most prominent members of his inner circle. former press secr
