i was inside the courtroom when this magistrate judge, judge robin mariweather said she would sane this arrest warrant. the question becomes, does steve bannon surrender or is he arrested. an arraignment date has not been set but his case was just assigned to a trump-appointed judge, judge carl nichols, who was appointed by donald trump in june 2019. so the question is, when does steve bannon possibly get arrested? when does he surrender? that still remains to be seen. but a federal grand jury handing down this two-count indictment this afternoon. this is a grand jury who at least heard from one witness as we saw today
