earlier this month was arraigned and formally charged in court today. 19-year-old rodney robinson of oakland entered a plea of not guilty in the case. prosecutors say he was found to have more than $2,000 worth of nordstrom merchandise in his car on november 20th. he was allegedly one of 90 people involved in the ransacking of the department store. in cars with license plates removed or covered. prosecutors say at least 25 cars blocked entrances around the store to block emergency crews from getting in, and that this was all set up on-line. prosecutors say multiple nordstrom employees were physically assaulted during the spree. his godfather told kpix 5 off camera the charges are quote not in his god son's character and he didn't see robinson as quote the brain child behind it, and that it must have been an opportunity that presented it in the wake of the kyle rittenhouse acquittal. a preliminary hearing for robinson is now set for december 10th. to other defendants in this case, dana dawson and joshua underwood are set to be formally charged here in court tomorrow afternoon. andria borba, k

oakland, same story except it will be upper 60s. in san francisco it's mid 60s. if we do micro climates, same story. inland valleys in mid to upper 60s and around 70 for north bay valleys. maybe a cloud or two, that's about it. no other significant changes in that forecast. that's where things stand now. how does the drive look? >>> it's a little bit busy unfortunately along the peninsula. we are monitoring a traffic alert, a deadly crash that happened a couple hours ago. this is north 101 in belmont near ralston. all lanes shut down between ralston and hills dale. if you are getting an early start, you will want to use alternate. 280 will be your best bet. you can use el camino to get to 92 to get to 101 if that works for you. three cars are involved in this incident. cal trans has a hard closure in place so this can be out there for sometime. we'll let you know when lanes open. if you are getting out early, stick with the alternate to avoid brake lights or closures. they are diverting traffic off the freeway at ralston. busy conditions on 92 east for people hea

oakland 67 and sunny for seven days. san francisco, mid 60s. for micro climates, same story. middle line is our warmest numbers. 70 degrees for the next seven days and there is no rain in the forecast unfortunately. how does the drive look on this thanksgiving morning? >>> if you are getting ready to head out and you have an early start, for the most part, we are seeing green. we have one major crash. if your drive takes you to 101 on this thanksgiving morning, we are dealing with a traffic alert issued about an hour ago. the crash has been out there for sometime. unfortunately we have word from chp that this is a deadly crash. three cars involved north 101 between hills dale and rolls ton. all lanes are completely shut down. avoid that and use el camino or 280. we'll let you know when lanes open. if you exit at rolls ton, you can hop over to 82 and take it to 92. 280 is looking good in both directions if you want to use that instead. all lanes shut down 101 at rolls ton. we'll keep an eye on that. if you are getting out early, 580, 80, highway 4 are looking good. bay bridge
