she joins us live from hong kong. what more are you learning about this and what evidence is there to support the claim that high school students were involved in this terrorist bomb plot? >> reporter: rosemary, that is the key question, and this is what we know at this hour. hong police say they thwarted a suspected terror plot after arresting nine people, including six high school students, ee teenagers on suspicion of terrorist offenses under the national security law. they say the nine had rented a hos hostel where they were planning to make homemade bombs. they said the nine individuals were planning to target public facilities across hong kong, including public transit as well as courts and cross-harbor tunnels. police say also said in a press conference earlier today that they found an operations manual detailing plans for an attack to take place in early july, but no bombs were made and no bombs were found. now, of the nine individuals arrested, five are men, four are women. six are high school students. they'
