it's going to be denver, not atlanta? >> that's what the reports are right now coming out of local media at this point, jim. look, politicians out of colorado seem to be all but confirming that. cnn has not independently confirmed the move but we're told that the expectation is that an announcement will come today. according to media in colorado, that announcement will be that they are moving the major league baseball all-star game this summer from atlanta to denver. and the reasons are obviously beyond the high altitude at-bats we'll be seeing there. colorado governor jared polis issued a statement saying, like so many coloradans, i'm excited and hopeful that major league baseball makes the best decision and formally chooses to play the 2021 all-star game in denver. it would be good for baseball and good for colorado. when this announcement started leaking last night, we did see some -- to be fair -- intellectually dishonest comparisons of georgia voting legislation that just passed and the current laws in colorado. now,

there have been 20 shootings that left eight people dead two weeks ago in atlanta. we are in orange county, california. so many of these shootings, all of them equally sickening. what more are we learning about this one? >> it's becoming depressingly familiar, you know, the carnage and then what we're expecting now which is an update hopefully from the police department. the orange police in about an hour and 15 minutes holding a news conference to perhaps give us a little more insight into what led up to this. here's what we do know. this is a buzz siness park. there are six businesses in this tiny complex. it's set in a neighborhood. a lot of the people in the community actually heard that first round of gunfire. so some of the neighbors say they heard a bunch of gunfire and then the sirens, first s responders going in and then first responders exchanged gunfire with the suspect. the suspect was wounded and taken to the hospital. when officers started to go through the facility, this office park, they found four dead people, four bodies. one of them a child. we do

that's according to a letter obtained by the "atlanta journal-constitution." this comes after coke publicly criticized georgia's new election law passed by the republican-controlled legislature. critics, of course, say the law unfairly restricts voting access, particularly to minorities. coke, as well as the atlanta-based delta airlines and more than a hundred other companies have publicly come out against the law. and major league baseball has pulled this year's all-star game from the state of course. the corporate fight against georgia's new election law got started when dozens of current and former black corporate executives joined forces to challenge the law and lawmakers. tony west is the chief legal officer at uber and one of those 72 black executives who signed a letter pledging to protect voter rights. he spoke to cnn about the responsibility corporate america has on the issue. >> well, look, i think, you know, american businesses have always made their voices heard in our democracy on all kinds of critical issues, right, whether it's tax policy or h1-
