williams... let's get our first look at the forecast with meteorologist frank marzullo. while we will see snow showers this morning into the afternoon i do not expect much in the way of slick and icy roads. here is why the surface temps are very warm still so a lot of the wet snow showers will melt on impact. with that said we still could see a isolated slick or icy patch especially on less traveled side or secondary roads or a bridge or overpass. these on and off snow bursts will linger into this afternoon with a inch or less as most will melt on impact with exception of some grassy surfaces. temperatures stay in the mid 30s today with a high of 36 degrees. tonight mostly cloudy and low of 26 degrees. then dry and cloudy with a sun and cloud mix at times for friday and

there as brandon carr was taken into custody yesterday, in connection with the shooting of brittany russell two weeks ago. the 29-year-old was found dead in her car in dayton, with her 6-month-old baby in the backseat. the baby was not hurt and is now home with her father. a controversial bill has now been approved by a senate committee in indiana. the measure would allow law enforcement to withhold body camera video recordings from the public... if they prove it might harm someone or influence a trial. police would not be able to withhold video if a victim alleges excessive use of force or civil rights violations. new this morning a deadly storm system continues up the east coast... damaging buildings and taking more lives. a suspected tornado hit waverly virginia, a farming town about 50 miles south of richmond. four people were killed... businesses and homes were leveled... and some people say they were
