update, katherine. >> reporter: matt, police believe the 20-year-old victim was arriving to attend the concert to promote peace when is he and the suspect got into an argument and the victim was shot. we learned that the victim died from his injuries, the search is on for the suspect. it was after 8:30 in fairmont park at the front parking lot of the dell music center when the shooting happened. it happened about 50 feet from the front gate. at the time around 600 people were inside the concert which was going on, it was called philly support philly peace on the streets. out half-hour after the twoot hower north and west of the city, other than that it's a dry and sunny day. future tracker 6 showing what happens later on this evening. >>dh c wase sunshine, about timn
