lawyers play the grizzlies that's going to be tomorrow in memphis. tipoff is at 5 and the forty-niners. >> are going to play the cowboys in dallas this sunday kickoff is at one 30. well, the california nurses association is speaking out after the california department of public health released new return to work guidance for healthcare professionals. the guidance says those who tested positive for covid or were exposed but are asymptomatic may return to work immediately without isolation or further testing. kron four's amanda hari has reaction from a registered nurse. >> it's not fair not only for us, but it's so unfair for our patients. the california nurses association is condemning the california department of public health decision to send asymptomatic or exposed health care professionals back to work without isolation or testing. if we go to war, knowing that we have covid. >> we know that we are potentially. infecting our non

listing testing kits for sale on craigslist, e-bay even linked in the health. experts want to warn the public that may not be the best idea. it's taken over price at home. covid tests are all too common and an authorized retailers often try to profit by selling the kits at a super high markup. the federal trade commission released an online guide to avoid being scammed by people selling fake covid test. they advise buyers to use a credit card so they can dispute the charge if you get scammed only by kits approved by the fda. well, governor newsome will present his proposed state budget today. the state is estimated to have a surplus of 31 billion dollars. the governor's office says the proposal is going to build on ongoing work to boost economic growth as well as invest in california's future. the budget must be approved by june. 15th. newsome present parts of his proposal on saturday. it includes a proposed 2.7 billion dollars

for a covid-19 emergency response package. well, authorities in san pablo are now investigating a crash that killed one person and blocked all lanes for several hours. this was on a e sunday morning. chp says the crash happened around 6.15, we just west of san pablo dam road. they say someone driving a van lost control, hit the center divider and ended up in the middle of the freeway in the wrong direction. that's when 3 other cars hit them. van chp says a man in his mid 20's died and 2 others were taken to the hospital with major injuries. traffic was diverted to san pablo dam road for several hours before reopening. and in the north, a sonoma county sheriff's detectives are searching for answers after a body was found in a remote area off of highway one. 0, one in cloverdale friday afternoon. according to chp, someone flagged down an officer about the discovery when snow. but deputies got to the scene.

just around the corner. so as you're venturing outside today this morning, you definitely want that extra layer on to stay cozy and you'll still need a light jacket into the afternoon despite the fact that temperatures will be comfortable and mild. tonight, some cloud cover increases again as we move into tomorrow. we'll see some partly cloudy to mostly sunny skies all over again will be the case on wednesday. you can see in the long term forecast here, really the jet stream continues to send most of our chances of rainfall. well, to the north of the region. that means areas like the pacific northwest will continue to tap into rain and snow. well, the bay area in the sierra on this drier trend of weather that we've already been seeing for a few days now and will continue to see for much of the week ahead of us now, temperatures during the strike trend are going to be pretty mild back to the low 60's today. mid 60's for parts of the south bay campbell in san jose. among our warmer spots each at 65 degrees. so as long as you're prepared with that light jacket, you're definitely set up for an enjoyable day as rain ascent to maybe get out there and
