check out this incredible scene from new jersey. a dump truck slamming into a home near atlantic city. police say the truck and another vehicle collided, sending the rig into the house and knocking it down. an 80-year-old man in the house at the time tumbled into the basement but is okay. no serious injuries were reported. as gas prices soar, president biden is reportedly expected to tap into the country's emergency stash of oil. in the last year, home heating is up by nearly 60%, and gas prices shot up 50% to a seven-year high to $3.40 a gallon average. experts say releasing crude from the emergency stockpile could lower prices but it depends on how much is released. >> the devil's going to be in the details. if it's a release north of 50 million barrels or 100 million barrels that could have an effect on prices. >> now critics say the reserve was never intended to manage prices but meant for disruptions
