breaking overnight, some violent weather moving through the plains right now. a reported tornado doing serious damage in clinton, oklahoma. several of the airport's hangars were damaged or destroyed. there were no initial reports of injuries. and heavy snow is making it look like midwinter in montana's big sky resort. they hav sw on the ground with more on the way. the snow will be coming down across the rockies today. some areas will get up to two feet. rapper tyga was arrested on a domestic violence charge following a reported altercation with an ex-girlfriend. images were posted with her with a black eye.

the nfl players association is demanding the release of all e-mails reviewed during an investigation into workplace misconduct at the washington football team. it was that investigation that uncovered gruden's remarks which were leaked to the media. >> jon gruden wasn't sending those e-mails to himself. there were other people who knew about it, other people across the league. >> a top executive of the players association says this is not about an e-mail as much as it is about a pervasive belief by some that people who look like me can be treated as less. but the nfl has no plans to release more e-mails, citing privacy concerns. a spokesperson saying we haven't identified anything that needed to be reported to club or league leadership. meanwhile, lawyers representing 40 former employees of the washington football team are urging the nfl to release all e-mails from that investigation. coming up, william shatner is counting down to his liftoff into space today. and the guy who really likes
