back now with a runaway back now with a runaway cement truck barrelling down the road in el paso, texas, slamming into the trailer of a big rig all but destroying it and leaving debris over the roadway. the impact killed the cement truck driver, the brakes had failed and struck three other vehicles after the first collision. two people suffered minor injuries. police in san antonio are familiar with a suspect who opened fire before he was fatally wounded. the man drove up to the terminal and started wildly firing at a police officer, that officer returned fire and wounded the suspect who later died at the
