On June 6, 2011, Eric Matlock granted permission to host Headphone Union recordings on the Live Music Archive
"Hi, This is Eric Matlock from the band, Headphone Union. Our website is headphoneunion.com. We would be happy to be in the archive. Below is our taping policy:
Headphone Union Taping Policy
1. Audience taping is allowed and encouraged but no soundboard feeds or power supplies will be available unless express permission is given by the band and venue at least 24 hours prior to the event.
2. If Headphone Union is playing an event which features other bands, the taping policy of the headlining band and/or venue will dictate the taping policy for that evening.
3. In regards to taping please be considerate of fans and crew, and try to avoid obstructing their view or work area.
4. You may trade and distribute taped shows freely as long as no sales are made. Selling taped shows will be viewed as copyright infringement.
5. You are welcome to contact us with any questions at info@headphoneunion.com, and we would love to know if you are coming to a show or have a show recorded. We love to hear them too.
