explaining you were trying to get child protective services into these facilities. your protective services were being denied access. the first thing we saw where the kids in biden's cages and the overcrowding. and we've allegations of rape. how long did it take cps to get in and take a look? >> child protective services still has not been allowed in. it let me let your audience know what exactly happened and yesterday to state agencies in texas the health and human services commission as well as the child protection agency in texas, each separately received complaints that included allegations about sexual assault of a child. when i tell you that those words were not used, what was used instead was a very specific description about ways in which children were being sexually assaulted. where it was happening, who was
doing it, and the horrific things that were being done. i cannot tell you on tv. here is my point. at that is the biden administration knows about it and they knew about it yesterday because we share the information with them. yet, still nothing is happening. also, because it's happening there, it could be happening in these other child detention centers. the biden administration right now, they are settling with child sex assault allegations and doing absolutely nothing about it. that's why yesterday i requested the biden administration shut down this location. it let me tell you something else that's amazing because i looked at that location. i did not see any security personnel at all. there was not law enforcement officer at anybody who seem like they were a person in charge or even dealing with securing this location. these could be very dangerous places for these kids who traveled through mexico, who knows what may have happened along the way to them only to
maybe repeat assault. >> sean: you made this announcement yesterday when you went there and now we have the department of family protective services independently now also receiving tips of child abuse, neglect, and rape allegations. there is been a media blackout and they're not letting the media into see the facility's. a gag order on patrol, and even this hour they're not allowed in which, these are children in your state and your child protective services have no access even with rape allegations, abuse allegations? >> there are not allowing anybody in and the only people who went in and are the texas rangers who went in with me. they weren't allowed to ask any questions that would investigate the child sexual assault allegations.

because i see that these are abusive conditions for kids that i see. >> we know for a fact based on allegations that come from within side the previous center in san antonio about the abuse allegations but also that we know from a question i asked, if you look at the numbers that they gave to me, if you want to put credence in what they have shared at least 15% of the children at the location i was in, they said tested positive for covid. what no one knows is that the extent for which the kids are positive for covid are spreading to either other kids are to the adults who work with the kids and then go back home into the communities and spread covid. it's a health and safety disaster that was made by the biden administration. >> sean: this video of a day care center anywhere in your state of texas where the kids are on top of each other in the tight environment, over 1700%

magnitude before president biden took office. when he will do to solve this is if he were to go back and reinstate the remaining in mexico policy that the biden president trump put in place overnight to solve the overcrowding problem that we're putting up with right now. of >> sean: governor abbott thank you for the culmination's attention to this and we hope we do something for the sake of the kids immediately. earlier today we learned at the border numbers hit eight decade high in this month of march. the last month of march was a whopping 172 encounters last month with illegal migrants. that 70% from the previous record high in february. you compared to the numbers on under donald trump it was well under 35,000 then it gets worse because this week authorities arrested and suspected ms-13 gang member at the border. recent months, border agents nabbed foreigners on the terror watch list from places like
yemen and elsewhere. what will it take for the biden and harris administration to take the issue seriously? unsanitary conditions, massive overcrowding, covid super-spreader conditions, fights breaking out and now reports of child rape. terrorists, ms-13 gang members, and what's been the response? absolutely nothing. silence from the white house, silence from joe, love, chuck, nancy, the media mob, democrats in general. a national disgrace protecting socialist democrats clearly now more important than protecting these kids. protecting our country. the bond administration cramming migrants into cages where they are being abused and in large numbers and remember joe and barack first built the cages for kids in 2014. back in 2018 the media mob lied and said donald trump did this. then they showed the video.
fortunately the video was from the obama-biden era. this entire crisis is self-inflicted. a disaster of joe biden's own making. he provided incentives for them to come and held a amnesty as a reward. he was totally unprepared when they did come. he is now closed his eyes and ears to any of the problems he's now caused. by the way, making conditions of the border facilities horrendous and law enforcement now is stretched razor-thin. what does it mean? it's a field day for drug dealers and traffickers, human traffickers, cashing in and all thanks to joe biden's failed policies. that's a simple truth. more than ever it's time to put the safety and security, sovereignty of the nation's borders over biden's is reckless irresponsible political power hungry political pandering and perpetual lying that's going on. here with reaction, investigative reporter fox news contributor mcallen, texas,

and i can say think about what the children are going through inside the facilities and how it's overcrowded. the allegations and sexual abuse. imagine eight weeks they spent on the road to, some coming from as far as honduras, el salvador, going through guatemala, mexico being carried into the united states finding predators. these are people who are monsters who don't care about the children and in fact reports that some of the smugglers through a child into the rio grande river so that the border patrol agents would have to go after and rescue the child in the river so that way they could cross other people on another area or contraband in another area of the rio grande. these children suffered exponentially and so they say it's based mainly on the policies in the united states. feel the policies that basically allow the drug cartels as well as the human traffickers to lie to the people in central america and say, look, president biden
