jillian: you are watching "fox and friends first" on wednesday morning. lawrence: president biden going to bat for major league baseball after it pulled the all-star game from atlanta in the new election law. jillian: jackie ibanez here with the president's message as small business owners break for impact following the decision. >> reporter: a lot of people talking about this, the president admitted the removal her georgia workers but said he respects their decision. >> it is reassuring to see that for-profit operations and businesses are speaking up about how these new jim crow laws are just antithetical to who we are. the best way to deal with it is for georgia and other states to smarten up.
jillian: when the president was asked about the golf tournament he said it was up to them. the game will be held at coors field in denver. critics know that colorado has similar election loss to georgia with id requirements and fewer days of early voting. the white house says the two are not the same. >> colorado allows you to register on election day. colorado has vote by mail, 200 people in the state who are eligible, they also allow a range of materials to provide even if they vote on election day. jillian: denver's mayor is hyping up saying it will bring in $100 million. no game has broken the $100 million mark since 2013. a georgia official says it will cost the state more than $100 million. governor brian kemp says workers will be the ones to suffer the most.

donald trump had the border situation under control. everybody said he couldn't do it, he got it done. signing 3 executive orders that were about revenge politics, made no sense other than at martha's vineyard where he could feel like part of the cool crowd, he wiped out the most obvious things to do. what we are seeing is this incredible surge you covered today. it is unbelievable. it is crazy. they do it in the name of compassion and call republicans racist. lawrence: there is a competition for who is the trump candidate. why are you the trump guy? >> i don't know there's a competition for that. there is a competition for who is the best equipped person to advance the agenda and policies donald trump was able to make happened the past four years and
for me what we need is outsiders who know how to get things done. politicians talk and talk and talk and have no interest in getting anything done. i know how to get things done. i have done in my entire career. jillian: it is a crowded field. you have a lot of competition, curious to follow and see what happens. you see the names on screen. i am curious what separates you from the rest of the gang and was this always in your blood wanting to run? is there something in the last year or so that struck a nerve, now is the time i'm going to do it? >> i worked at this country change in a way none of us could have imagined. and interview two years ago i said to you what is going to happen over the next two years you would have said can't have this crazy idea anymore. we see this country take that shift, so hard and so extreme i
don't think any of us could have imagined it and it reminds me why my family and other families, countries and south america and cuba, we know what that leads to, it leads to socialism, control of the economy by a small group of people. we have to stand up for that. i am an outsider, someone who won't take corporate money, big believer in term limits. it is about going to dc and standing up for the things we believe in as conservatives. i'm equipped to do that and protect the game donald trump was able to make happened despite a media that was against in the last four years. i can make that happen and will make that happen. lawrence: how many terms if you win this, your for term limits so how many terms? >> two and i think every senator should take the same pledge.

did reach out. >> these are the journalistic blunders you see when news outlets get more interested in activism than following the facts of any particular story. it appears cvs had a prefab the narrative they want to go after governor desantis, not sure why that would be but it seems they were making a preconceived narrative and trying to create facts or storyline, one of the concerns is how many people around the nation saw that original report on 60 minutes that have never been able to follow up the undoing of that narrative sins and are left with the misconception that desantis was in a pay for play kind of thing with publics and over a century ago there was a
philosopher named chesterton who said journalists are conjurers talking down to the citizenry, journalists distort and falsify and i think cbs shamelessly conjured up this narrative that was harmful to the full understanding of this particular story and that is one of the reasons media credibility is declining across the nation. lawrence: this is the statement they released, the idea this was untrue, counter to his statement we spoke also on the record with palm beach county mayor david koerner for 50 years, the facts reported by 60 minutes have often stirred the bait. >> i kind of get that. they were exposed.

out of georgia into colorado but the conversation around the beijing olympics isn't a new one. we been talking about this for quite some time and haven't heard much from the administration. >> moving the games out, the all-star game out of atlanta, all it does is hurt many minority owned businesses and georgians. we all know the voting law there is not racist. it is expanding voting. the hypocrisy on most levels, many states have restrictive id laws and voting laws, new york, biden's own delaware and others. this is really about fear mongering over georgia to get folks riled up to believe it is racist so they can justify
getting rid of the filibuster and justify passing hr one which will change the way we vote in the united states but on china in particular these corporations including major league baseball who expanded the deal in china on the backs of slave labor and doing nothing about it. the biden administration considering a boycott of the olympics in china next year but in the fine print it is a diplomatic boycott, we won't send senior officials but the corporation will make millions on sponsorships in the global platform in terms of genocide, hong kong and releasing the coronavirus and covering it up and we cannot have that. we can't give beijing that global platform flying the american flag and turning the eye to everything they've done.
jillian: a state department official said to cnbc tuesday our position on the 2022 x has not changed, not discussing the joint boycott with allies and partners. interesting to see what is passing with that. i want your opinion on this. in direct us iran talks reviving the nuclear deal reportedly on the right track at least that is what we are hearing. if that were to happen what would that mean? what would that look like? >> president biden started on the right foot saying we would not lift any sanctions until iran becomes fully compliant but already backtracking on that. these talks are setting the stage to lift sanctions which the iranian regime wants. their economy is in shambles,
they can't pay their terrorists around the middle east as they used to do because of the maximum pressure campaign that they effectively put in place and i would hate to see us giveaway that leverage as the obama administration did on this premise that if we are nice to them they will be nice back to us. a bipartisan letter, 70 democrats and 70 republicans saying any future deal has to encompass terrorism, ballistic missiles, hostages, have to have a tough sanctions regime and cannot have temporary sunset revisions. of the iranian's were serious, release the americans they are holding hostage as we speak and number 2, how about they stop killing americans through their proxies in iraq. we cannot give away that leverage. if we keep it in place i believe the regime eventually will come

parler only 5%. those entities should be looked into and there is definitely a double or triple standard here. >> lawrence: so, mark, i have got to ask you my position on this is these businesses can do whatever they want. conservatives should create their own platform. do you think they are trying to suppress the conservative point of view? >> absolutely they are trying to suppress the conservative point of view. most of this was a hit job done started by facebook by sheryl sandberg pointing at parler when it absolutely wasn't the truth. corroboration co-collusion between these companies. they don't like us out there. they don't like the competition. at the time that we were taken off the app. store we were the number one downloaded app. number 10 downloaded app. for the entire year of 2020. they saw us as a threat and they colluded to take us down. >> lawrence: you think they colluded to take out you guys because you guys are a competitor? >> yeah. absolutely. we have a different model than the other social media platforms. we don't monetize user data.
