Donnie Dies is a five-piece band conceived in Charlotte, NC. Initially started as an experimental outlet for original members Dries Vandenberg, Matt Zutell, and Aaron Utterback, the band quickly grew into a more serious endeavor. After a few years of refining their craft in Charlotte, Donnie Dies relocated to Boone, NC, and Charleston SC, continuing to play frequently in all three cities. Donnie Dies has recently begun to expand their reach across NC and into neighboring states.
Donnie Dies live performances are a fan interactive experience, boasting extended improvisational jams spanning from progressive rock to jazz, electronic, and funk. Above all, Donnie Dies aims to please its fans, bringing its own lightshow, crowd favorite covers, and the desire to get people dancing to every show.

I am a member of the band Donnie Dies and we have recently been recording our shows. We really want these recordings to be on the Live Music Archive and we give permission to anyone else who would like to record our live performances to add them to the LMA as well....Below is a link to our official website. If there is any more information you need to add Donnie Dies to the Live Music Archive, or if there is anything we need to do to make this happen let me know. We are excited to be able to put our live music out there for our fans to listen to for free. Our shows are our favorite aspect of being a band and its in these live performances where we really shine.
We look forward to our future on the Live Music Archive,
