We are Dead Again, based in Petaluma, CA, a Grateful Dead tribute band. Founded in 2016, we have all played in other such bands over the years, and saw way too many (though never enough) Grateful Dead shows while that was still happening. We hope to continue the path the Dead put us on, and to share our exploration of this music with as many people as we can reach.
On December 29, 2016, permission was granted to the LMA:
I am writing to request that Dead Again be added as a trade-friendly band, so we (the band) and also our fans can upload recordings of our shows to the Live Music Archive.
Free online trading of Dead Again's live music is encouraged. Dead Again insists that no one profit financially from the unofficial distribution of our music.
